Q: How long will it take to fix my computer? A: Generally most software problems can be fixed within a day but hardware repairs can vary from within the same day to a few weeks to find the proper replacement part. Our goal is to provide a solution within 48 hours. Q: Do you sell computers? A: No, while we do create custom computers we believe the computer should meet the needs of the customer, not the needs of the manufacturer. Q: What kind of hardware and software do you support? A: We support any make or model of PC or Mac. We purchase hardware and software at the request of our clients but do not offer support for those items. We will answer all questions but specific software and hardware questions will have to be directed to the manufacturer of publisher. Q: Is there any guarantee with your service? A: Yes there is, we offer a 14 day warranty on same service labour. Unrelated problems are an additional charge as we have no control of other the hardware or software after our geek has left the site. Q: Do you offer services for making web pages and applications for my business? A: Yes, please call in for more information. Q: Do I have to be present during the repair? A: At least one adult 18 years of age or older must be present during all repairs done by us. Q: I need to cancel my appointment. A: If you are unavailable please give us 24 hours notice or there will be a charge for any missed appointments.
